1. Introduction
During the transition period of technological revolution and industrial transformation, digital technology, as the core engine driving the development of this technological revolution, continues to permeate all sectors of the social economy at an unprecedented pacebybecoming a pivotal force in reorganizing global resources, reshaping the global economic structure, breaking through cutting-edge technologies, and altering the global competitive landscape. The deep integration of digital technology with the real economy is empowering international investment and financing throughchannels such as digital finance and inclusive finance, as well as the digital transformation of innovation systems. This further changes the structure of global industrial chains and ultimately influences the trajectory of the global economy and political landscape. The world economy is thus facing two majorchallenges: how digital empowerment reshapes the boundaries of cross-border capital allocation andenterprise performance, and how to designchannels for proper and profitable international investment and financing under data constraints. Scholars and enterprises attempt to solve these challenges in the age of digital intelligence.
The Technological Innovation and International Investment & FinancingConference hosted by Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance will focus on academic exchanges and discussions on topics closely related to the development of digital technology and international investment and financing innovation, including financial stability and regulation driven by digital technology, the digital transformation of innovation systems, and the internationalization strategies of digital platform enterprises. This conferenceaims to provide a cross-border academic exchange platform for experts in the fields of digital economy and cross-border investment and financing, offering innovative suggestions on how to leverage digital technology to enhance the development of cross-border investment and financing.
The conference will present keynote speeches, multifaceted sessions and face-to-face meetings between editors and authors. The keynote session will bepresented by renowned experts and scholars in the fields of global digital economy and international investment and financing. The conference will focus ontrending topics in the digital economy and cross-border investment and financing.
The conference welcomes submissions from scholars worldwide, and sincerely welcomes experts, scholars, and young doctoral students from both domestic and international universities and institutions. Editors of high-level SSCI journals will be invited to participate in on-site review and guidance, to provide a platform for communication and presentation foreveryone attending the forum.

5. Submission Guidelines
Manuscripts should be written following internationally accepted editorial standards, must be original research papers not previously published in academic journals or conference proceedings, and can be submitted in either Chinese or English. The first page should include the paper title, an abstract (no more than 300 words), and author information (name, affiliation, title/position, research field, mailing address with postal code, phone number, and email address). Author information must not appear in the main body of the paper, and submissions must be in PDF format.
